Most of the time the value of products we send is not big enough to incur custom duties, however it is a buyer's responsibility to cover them in case they do. In some rare cases the courier company may charge an extra fee (brokerage fee) for the service of clearing the item through e.g. US customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover that fee (usually $25.00 for US). We are not able to predict when this fee will be charged and when not as this depends on each country's Border Forces. Unfortunately, we cannot refund delivery costs. Any items you wish to return must be authorized by us - please contact us via the store before sending the item back.
